Just a thought. If you could comment on photos, similar to other social media platforms. Could make it a site support only feature.
Whats everyones take on it? |

I think the fact we can fab them is sufficient. Comments are likely to be graphic or insulting and I don’t believe that’s necessary.
I wish we had the ability to fab posts ie thumbs up or down, laugh emojis etc |

"There's only so many times you could say "nice cock" "
Oh I don’t know, I don’t think I’d tire of hearing that
Whilst many would be positive comments, unfortunately i do feel it would be abused by some idiots on here |

I'm not a fan of the idea myself.
It's bad enough with the 'Fab for a ....' additions.
Commenting on photos would be open to abuse as well as flattery and that wouldn't improve the site. |

Thats a good idea. What if you could delete comments? Or deactivate them from your settings? Would allow every the option then i guess |

What would be the point? We as guys wouldnt get any anyway, women would turn them off as they would be deluded by thirsty guys trying to get their end away.
It's pointless |

No. As it could lead to negative comments. Fab is a pleasure palace for potential positions of positive news views and pleasantries not profanities. |

Its a shame the nature of people is to be negative towards people who clearly have a common interest and lifestyle choice. |

"Absolutely not that would be awful imagine the comments you would get. Plus its going to be a huge task to moderate as well"
What if it was only gold supports that could comment? It would reduce the comments and i think the negative comments also. As youd assume gold supporters are here for the positive experience. |

I have seen comments left on other sites it was awful interaction. People who do not know you calling you names is to me derogatory and not within site rules. I know what you mean though. |

It’s a sad state of affairs when we all immediately know the probable outcome of such an initiative - that people will abuse the privilege by being nasty, insulting, jealous, bitter and vengeful.
It was a nice thought OP! |

Absolutely not! The abuse that could be open to would be insane. People already show themselves and their bodies off when they find the confidence to do so. If there's any chance they could be discouraged by that then it just shouldn't happen! |

In effect leaving a Fab is the equivalent of a thumbs up (or vice versa depending on your point of view). No one can leave a thumbs down or negative comment. That seems to be sufficient. |

"What is it was pre written comments and you can select from a list of 5 or 10. All would be possitive and approved by Fab. "
Then it kind of loose the point as a fab would do the same of 200 “love the picture comments”. I totally understand the idea and in theory it would be great but in reality i just think the current system is probably the best of both worlds |

It's hard enough when some idiot decides to message you to say how horrible you look. I'd rather not make it easier for idiots to do so. Plus I have a feeling once one did say something negative it would be a bit of an opening of the flood gates. |

I think given the mails and comments women already get, that would be just adding more of same.
I suppose I have seen photos that I’d praise as brilliant or clever, and I can think of a few women that are very creative that I see on local updates, but the downside outweighs any positive use |

That should be on the hell no list along with voicenotes.
Mmmmmmm in a forum post or message is bad enough without actually verbalising it.
Comments on photos will not all be positive and will be abused. |

God no!
I think if that were the case you would see a lot less people uploading pictures. The comments are easy to ignore/delete when said in private but opening yourself up publicly like that would be too much.
You would also get people discussing amongst themselves, for everyone to see and that’s just no. |

You'd think so. I've had some very nasty comments aimed at some of the women in my pictures, the majority from site supporting women who cant take being told no. |

Some of my most vile messages have been gold supporters. Paying extra doesn't make them nicer people. |

Why not just send a message if you need to comment. Or don't and just fab the pic. From a woman's point of view I don't look at them anyway so I don't see any advantage of adding comments |

Keep reminding yourself OP that this is a site for swingers to meet and/or to converse not OF or for men to comment on photos. You get enough cliche comments about photos on the forums as it is. |

Out of the many features that have been requested for 15 years or so - some, probably hundreds, if not thousands of times - I think they should have the development time and money priority that this would take from the budget. Pics can already have positive feedback left, via fabs. The other long requested features have no current alternative options. I propose no this suggestion but to refocus on the requests in the backlog, including additional profile data elements that can be included in searches. There are many more things that many want and we'd all really benefit from |

"We think that a "NOT FAB" button is needed - people should know - if their Photo is not what everyone likes, as well what we like.
Simple"
Just dont fab the ones you dont like, people put pics on for themselves not for others, i dont like 100s ive seen so i just scroll past them |

I would just repeatedly use this button on anyone who thought this was a good idea regardless of what pics they had. |

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean everyone else feels the same.
Nobody actually needs to know if you don't like their pictures, just scroll on by if you don't like what you see. |
