There are loads of fake profiles on this site and there are various ways to recognise a fake profile. Couples profiles only having pictures of the female partner, dick pics that have clearly been edited to make them look bigger, saying something in the forum and then when you look at their previous posts in different threads they say something that completely contradicts what they’ve just said, generally talking nonsense and saying things that are obviously lies and fantasies in the forum….they’re just a few. But non of these things prove that they’re fake, they’re just strong indicators that they’re fake. I received a message from a profile that had a face picture of someone who went to the same school as me but the profile had a different age and location to this person (as I know he still lives in Wolverhampton) and when I asked him if he’d ever been to Wolverhampton he said that he hadn’t. All these things very strongly indicate that it’s a fake profile but don’t necessarily prove it as it could be the person in the profile picture but he just doesn’t want anyone to know his real location.
I’ve never reported any of these profiles to the moderators because I can’t imagine there’s anything they can do without definite proof but I’m wondering if I should start reporting them? Maybe if they don’t have proof but they have lots of reports from different people saying they’re fake then they can do something about it?
Should I start reporting them or carry on not bothering? |

I'd say report.
Using a picture taken from somewhere else is a pretty clear indication it is likely a fake, or at least trying to deceive... such as the couple who were using a cropped picture, the uncropped version of which was reverse searched to be on nearly 200 different porn sites. |

A picture of someone you know with a different age, location and who denies ever being in the place you know they live is pretty suspect.
Try doing a reverse search and see what comes up. |

I would say having a pic of just a female on the profile is probably not fake , contradicting yourself on a forum post is probably not either.
Lots of people don't use their exact location on their profile for privacy reasons, they would probably deny living somewhere if someone recognised them too, however I would report that scenario for Admin to check out. They can look at other factors to check if the person is using their own pics or not. |
