We tried to block an abusive guy who already blocked us....we've done this countless times by typing his name into the blocked list.. it is not working. Can anyone explain? |

Don’t think you can do it like that. If you know his username and you get to the ‘profile may have blocked you’ page you can block him through the menu button |

If abusive , report.
Admin can look at the message trail and suspend / remove the account.

Do you have messages from him? You can block from one of them. Otherwise copy the URL of your profile, substitute his profile name for yours and block from the drop down menu.
If you haven't already done so, report the profile |
