I responded to a message that included what I now know to be a banned word (only tried using it as it was in the message sent to me). I'm now receiving a message when I try to respond to messages in my inbox that says messages are blocked and check back soon.
I am not disputing the block, obviously I shouldn't have used the word, but can anyone tell me how long these blocks tend to last? At the time of writing this it's been approximately 2.5 hours

"To protect our users from SPAM or UNWELCOME CONTENT, because your message contained a WEB SITE or UNWELCOME CONTENT it has been blocked. Just hit back and remove the website name or address and the message will be sent This is to protect people like you from receiving spam!
PS. please don't try and get around the blocks or your account will be removed"

No url was posted - it was just the title of the website - none of which is / should be a banned word. It’s like saying have you read the GUARDIAN today to read the news
And what my post is simply stating is - fix the system - if it says “delete the word and try again” and the person does that “they shouldn’t get an auto block that lasted 7hrs” which is not a couple (2hrs)
