Would it be possible to start a room on the forum for discussions for men on mental health somewhere to talk?

You could start a thread and once it was full start no 2 and so on. In much the same way the over 50s thread is done.

A forum for all genders who want to chat about mental health issues would be better.

More than happy for anyone to message me should they need a chat and virtual hug

We all need it sometimes.

Totally agree but with us men, we just do not talk or have a chat if we have anything on our minds, it seems somewhat unnatural for us.

Ladies seem to be different as they seem to have a close circle of friends that they speak to on a regular basis.

There have been threads about mental health posted on the forums, they are quite useful and helpful as well as uplifting.

When the owners/mods can’t even be bothered to delete or rename the ‘Virus’ sub-forum, you’re wasting your breathe.

Is Fab really the best place to air your mental health issues?

Surely there are more appropriate support groups?
