A temporary solution is to block them, it then won't appear on their profile, but if they didn't have one they'll still have the green tick now.
Contact admin via the link on the home page explaining the situation and they'll hopefully be able to resolve it. |

Sent a message and hoping it's actioned. I don't want to block the person, they did nothing wrong and we talk all the time, I just don't want a verification like that on a profile it wasn't meant for. |
