What issue do you get

? Does the text send and charge, returning the code? Then the problem is trying to input the upgrade code into Fab, etc?

Anyone else unable to upgrade from a tablet online? Been trying on and off for sometime. The email address line is grayed out, so I assume this is why the attempts failed. Paying extra to Text or phone do not appeal. I have not had problems in the past, by debit card.
