Photo categorisation

I've added tags to my photos however they dont appear to be showing on the phitos ir under the search features. Abyone any ideas why this is hapoening?

That means it's not been set because once you've chosen and it's set the option to edit disappears

I'm not sure what to do to set it. I chose tge categories, click done. Back to photis. Save changes and it still shows the edit
