It's legal if no intention to cause offence or distress occurs.
But in my mind public spaces are for the public, not somewhere swingers can force others that don't consent to see them naked. 🤷♂️ |

It's not necessarily illegal. In fact 2 naturalists walked naked down Burnham on sea high street and got served dinner in a local eating establishment. There was a bit of an online backlash though. There's also the naked cycle rides too. |
