Appealing a permanent forum ban

Posting this on behalf of friends who are very perplexed they have been given a permanent forum ban. The message from admin was curt and did not give any details of what they were supposed to have done to be given such a ban.
They have tried using the "contact us" form several times and even tried emailing the site directly however no reply.
Surely someone from admin is responsible for any sort of "appeals" process?
Is there any other way to contact the site admin I can pass on to my friends? Obviously they can't even post on here to ask themselves. |

If they don’t hear back advising any ban is being removed, they can assume that it’s been re_iewed and the ban is deemed appropriate.  |
