There's been no announcement of it and a few people have suggested it, as hundreds have done for hundreds of suggestions.
Anything new will have an opportunity cost - something else would not be done instead. Many suggestions have waited for many, many years.
Why do you ask for an app OP?
My gut feeling is that it would move Fab further away from swinging, to people who have never - nor will ever - visit the swinging scene. People already complain about people being unreliable and I think a huge influx of outsiders would take away the community spirit.

No because of the legalities of being on the App stores.
It takes a while to get used the the retro look, but it does what it needs to, less to break.
And also is cheap or free to use.
A messenger would be handy for men, but I would imagine it would be unbearable for women and couples having their phone pinging 100+ times a day. |

This. 💯%. Adult content of this type isn't allowed on either Apple or Android stores.
And I'm not sure what difference an app would make personally. Having used the site since it was desktop only the mobile version is pretty simple to use and navigate.
You can easily add Fab as an icon on your phone. What more would an app actually bring? |

Well, on android/Google play store, type in fabswingers and see what comes up as the top result.
Considering the app '3way:threesome, fab swingers' is based in Hong kong, I would imagine there's some copyright infringement there, considering fabswingers is a registered trademark.
The above mentioned app is awful btw.
