I've seen this asked a few times, doubt they'll implement anything but if you use chrome browser you can type chrome://flags/ in the search bar, and force dark mode on all sites

You can force webpages to display darkmode with duckduckgo browser on android.

Whilst viewing the any page, tap the three dots in the top right, then go-to settings, appearance, and then move the tab to force display websites in dark mode.
