I'm sure everyone gets chat messages asking you to go onto other Chat Apps. Only to find some very weird conversations started. Some more concerning than others. On Fab, all Forums and even Private messages are monitored by Moderators where the other Apps they are not. I do agree that some moderating is required, but would be nice to have some freedom but all chats should be kept legal.
Over the years, I've been on many different swinger sites and there are some that allow individuals to create their own private group chats. The owners of those private chat groups are the main moderator of the group to ensure the members keep on Topic, with the site moderators able to keep an eye on the conversations to ensure all is kept legal, not necessarily to keep to the site rules.
Who would like to see the same on Fab? |

I just want to mention this is incorrect. Mods can't monitor peoples messages and Admin don't monitor PM's as a matter of course. |

Private messages on fab are only monitored by the automated system that picks up on certain words and websites and will automatically ban you for a couple of hours.
As far as I am aware other messages are only checked if they are reported to admin. |

Group messages are one of the reasons we like to move to a decent messaging system
Other reasons are:
Not being able to send clickable links, even to links on the Fabswingers site.
and
Living in Norfolk we have a worse than 3rd world mobile netwok and FAB is often blocked on third party WiFi hotspots.

Yes because whoever you were messaging will have reported it.
PMs are monitored, by software at least.

But only for certain banned words they are not reading of checking your messages. |
