Any advice fellow Fabbers??

I recently change internet suppliers from Sky to Vodafone, and ever since i got my new router, whenever i log in to Fab (from any device), I type in my username and password and hit Login. I then get bounced back to the login screen saying i failed the security check. I then need to type in the security code and retype my password.

How come?? And how to i fix it?

Thanks

This happens to me intermittently. I'm also with Vodafone and I can't really remember if it happened before. It can start happening and last for a day or for months at a time. It's not really a big deal, just a minor annoyance

When this happens Fab thinks you have a non UK IP address. If you use a VPN this will happen.
