Been a site supporter for a long time now, but not been able to view cams for weeks.. Cant seem to get any support..

our cam works fine.. we choose one to view, it opens the window.. but no video or audio.. windows 8, latest java and flash.. gonna give up soon and go to another site, seems we are not only ones having the problems.. sort it out!!
