How do you delete the photo from verification?

I want to leave the site in the coming weeks but don’t want to leave any photos behind

If certain that you may not return, you are able to delete 100% of your details and content, including photos, whenever you want to do this

Super - thank you. So on deleting profile, it automatically deletes all content etc?

I’m thinking more GSPR etc - and if there were any breach after I left and an image was left in a backup etc…. Where the liability and GDPR would lie

Deleting your profile removes everything in your account from the site. You can also opt to not have your profile visible by Google - you could check and confirm this now, before ready to leave.

Once our details are on the internet, there's no security for what other external actors may do with it. But, on deletion, Fab removes all data upon you.

Understood and fully agree - but there is a strict legal obligation on the site to confirm deletion of all assets including photos etc.

One gap I see right now is the inability to “un photo verify”

In other words you have to delete the profile in order to delete the verification and all details with it. It could potentially leave the site and admins very exposed.

I’m happy enough to delete in a few weeks… but someone else may not be as easy going on it

You don't have to delete your profile to remove your PV, ask Admin from the contact links and they will do it for you.

On your firs post you asked what happens if you delete your profile, hence the answers

just go in settings and hide your profile till your ready to return , this way nobody can view your profile or pics

Good question. Can you delete the image of the photo verification, but keep the verification mark? Since once it has been verified it shouldn't be needed right ?

If you ask Admin to remove your photo verification and they do, then you will lose your PV flag as there is no longer a PV image attached to the profile. But remember the PV doesn't have to be a face pic.
