Unread messages

I have an unread message which I can not open as it does not appear in my message folder. Any help would be grateful

How old is it?

Delete some read messages and see if that helps.

Try saving it and see if it opens in your saved messages.

Send a new message to the person concerned and see if you can then see the message trail in full.

Unfortunately I still have this, no unread messages but shows 1 unread. Logged out, Logged back in. Logged in on desktop still there 😬
