Trying to reset password on fabguys account but is impossible, think they want me to open new account and pay again, anyone else had this problem

If you are logged out of your profile then open a new one, you don't need to pay, photo verify the profile then contact Admin on Fabguys and ask them for help, don't forget to give them the name of your other profile.
