Help needed

I hope someone from this forum can help me basically up to this morning. I’ve been with fabguys 336 hours. I’m able to post the post goes through when I see recent post there’s nothing so this is where you come in. can somebody help and advise me on what I’m doing wrong? I’m legally 336 hours done now so I need your help. I would be extremely grateful.
