I know a lot have problems with emails drowning in messages, so when they reply to someone by the time they come back it can sometimes be buried hundreds deep
Maybe a development suggestion would be to split the mailbox into “replies” and “new messages” |

Would you like the idea of having a sub-divided inbox? Eg.A Friends box; and potentially 1 or several subdivisions of your inbox?
Perhaps it could work in conjunction with self-created categories of your contacts too?
This could support people being able to spot the emails they want better |
