Rather than having dozens of separate entries of the same people looking, just update the existing first looks time stamp. Simples, less clutter and less of me looking like a stalker

I think you have answered your own question I think showing each look is best left as it is because by removing it, it could be a stalkers dream as no come back.

Why keep looking at same people

I don't get this, why is someone looking at a profile multiple times a stalker? I do it all the time, mainly as at my age I forget who I have looked at but before that have looked at profiles more than once.

Plus, what can you stalk? a profile with no personal information on to be able to do anything other than look at a profile?
