I don’t know about anyone else, but I would like to see some sort of time waster verification added to the site
It’s very frustrating when you make arrangements with someone and then in the last hour or so they suddenly disappear off the face of the earth
I’d like to see fab introduce some sort of time waster verification
You would have to provide proof of course before it shows on there profile to stop people getting stung by fake time waster verifications
But I think as a whole it would benefit everyone greatly
What’s everyone views or ideas on something like this ? |

Delete their messages, block their profile, and move on. Learn from the experience, and sharpen your bs detector for the future 😎👍 |

It’s just a messy can of worms that you could not truly regulate. Would be open to massive exploitation (mainly by guys getting the hump)
Time wasting is irritating but it’s unfortunately a consequence of a site like this. Vetting profiles properly before meeting is the best way to avoid disappointment. |

I met Barbara987 at Charing Cross Station. She took one look at me, did a heel turn, and walked way.
To have the temerity to lead me up the garden path and waste my time, she should be reported.
I'm going to write all this in a TWV (time waster verification) as a form of retribution. Hopefully the mods will believe me because I'm unable to provide concrete evidence.
(Mods: this didn't happen and there is no Barbara987). |

I feel like that is a slightly different scenario, as the person has turned up, I would have no issues with someone turning up and changing there mind, weather that’s Becuase we didn’t click or they just wasn’t feeling it.
I’m talking about the ones that are all messages, agree to the meets and then when it comes to the time they disappear off the face of the earth…. Until 2 days later when there back in your inbox trying to have another one of there fake meets, which at that point they do get blocked, but that doesn’t prevent them doing it to many others

It'd be abused in about five seconds flat.
Someone doesn't like your profile? Is jealous of someone you met?
They just verify that you're a time waster. Better yet, they tell all their friends to do the same. |

That’s why I’d say there would have to be some sort of proof provided to the admins to check before it would appear in the profile, I.e messages arranging the meet and then disappearing etc x |

What do you mean it did not happen - she did the same to me |

So rather than being a mature adult and taking the knock and moving on you want to create an industry of 'how very dare thee' negative reviews that need verified and documented and managed and then there'd have to be the option to appeal it with rebuttal evidence and sure look appeals processes take forever. Maybe put both profiles on lock down pending a review of all facts in evidence until judge and jury of your fab peers (fabmin) have the luxury of time to decide if your feelings got bruised by accident or by design. How does one evidence intent to not be attracted? |

It won’t work so won’t be implemented. |

There's already an 'arranged a meet and didn't turn up' option on the reporting menu. Use that next time someone lets you down |

I don’t think my maturity is something to be questioned here over a simple conversation topic,
It’s got nothing to do with my feelings being bruised
I just know there’s a vast abundance of profiles on here that wastes people’s time, and people get annoyed with it
And if you actually read what I previously put properly than you will see in terms of attraction if you meet with someone and don’t click etc then that is different, but if you don’t show up after arranging a meet that is very different, surely if your not attracted to someone in there photos your not going to arrange a meet and than not show up just for the giggles
Didn’t realize people got so offended and upset over a simple questions, I’ll keep my thoughts to myself in future I think |

Just report and block anyone who does this op.
Some people never had any intention to meet, some perhaps got cold feet prior to the meet or weren't single and couldn't get away.
It would be difficult to police the time wasting thing I think and could be used by spiteful people who don't get what they want. |

Let Fab decide based on the evidence of communication between you.
Please report any user who doesn't have appropriate behaviour. This includes people who fully agree to meet, with finalised arrangements.
Every report you make to Admin is investigated. It's also why it's worthwhile not rushing off-site, onto apps -
Some will do this to talk dirty, whilst pretending to want to meet. Make it harder for them to deceive you and others and to leave no trail inside Fab.
With the data trail of what and how things have been arranged, should you report them for being a failure to turn up, Fab has a clear picture of who's doing what. We can police it better.
It's not in Fab's interest to have people here who are deceitful, etc.
A self-policed reliability rating would be too open to abuse and misinformation.
Please report all inappropriate behaviour from others, to Admin. You can st6do this evening when someone is blocked either way. Admin always investigate. |

If they disappeared of the face of the earth how would you go about giving them a negative verification? |
