We haven’t been able to update our status for a good few months now and our site supporters membership is about to run out. Will this ever be back up and running, we are tempted to not renew and leave the site which is ashame as we have been avid users for 4 years
It seem we had that removed for posting the username of a man that was horrible and dangerous. We didn’t get any communication from the site admin, which is a shame as we are loyal customers that post a lot of content |

If you are getting no response from messages to admin then the general advice is the ban won't be lifted. |

For ever? For calling out an aggressive individual? Might have to contact ofcom and trading standards with my story and see what they suggest |

Breaking site rules is not allowed whoever you contact.
If you say that named and shamed this is probably why, as that is against site rules. If you report instead Admin can review
