Great to see the response from the site elsewhere on this forum to the recent BBC commentary.

My one comment is perhaps that the core points covered should be more prominent in the home page as they will soon get lost in the forum.

Having these front and centre would immediately address some of the concerns about a lack of transparency etc. Could it be on one of the 'tiles' on the home page? Perhaps removing one of the lesser used ones?

Thanks for the update.

Agree, a clear 'important info' tile on the home page would be really useful. Also a pinned post at the top of each forum when there are significant updates from admin would potentially increase awareness and avoid multiple threads asking about the same things.

I think having the link to the response under the Site News banner on the home page is the right level personally.

People read these things if they want to, regardless of where it's posted. After all, the response points to a number of pages that have been available for years, yet a number of post threads across the forum suggests people didn't know they were there.
