Hi guys! I need help and support from you. I have recently atarted a thread with the Admin to take action and have sent 2-3 messages on that with the help of contact link on the reply button.
I am looking for a resolution but waiting for Admin to reply. The thread started this morning. Does anyone have any idea about the SLA for Admin to reply/ take actions.
Thanks again for your kind attention! |

Service Level Agreement? That's a bit optimistic. They run a free site and you get a reply if they want to. |

I'm unaware of any specified time frames for response to reports of problems by users. I think it's on a best endeavours response that should be expected. Neither is there any guarantee of what particular response they would give. It's their call, as to how they would proceed, if at all.
The limitations on what customer support is provided by Fab, for example, here -
'What you don't get:
No personal support on site/account
All help/advice on using the site is via the FAQ pages or the site support forum.'

Moderators will respond within the forum help pages, answering many queries, alongside other users. |

The usual advice given I'd that admin will mail and let you know if they are going to take any action. Multiple messages won't make the process any quicker. |
