I have tried to contact the site owners more than 20 times in the past two weeks and all i get is the same automated annoying response! I had a lady on her stalking me under several different accounts. Screenshoting my pictures ( I've not hidden most) and threatening to send to my family, work place and post on social media.
As i paying member on this site and being a member for circa 15yrs, I thought the owners might show some respect and return my messages in which was a worrying time.
I feel that they don't safeguard the members on here and quite frankly don't seem to care. I've been paying for my membership and have had my profile hidden for most of it and now removed most of my pics and vids so it's been a complete waste of time paying for my membership.
I'm very very disappointed in this website!  |

Being a paid member doesn't grant you personal support. Its just not something that's offered on here regardless. You're better off contacting the police.

Yup, just go to the police. If you've kept all evidence you can show it to them. They will have more powers to contact owners/admin if necessary. |

How does this woman know who you are and who your family are? Has she said anything that confirms she really knows who you are? Have you got a suspicion of her identity? There are weirdos on here who like to try and shit people up for no real reason and who have no idea who the person they're targeting is.
I had an idiot engaging in daft behaviour like that a while ago. I simply put the profile to private for a few weeks and that did the trick.
If she messages again, tell her that you have contacted the police and will be making a complaint of harassment against her.
The lack of communication from the site owners is frustrating, but it sounds like it's bordering on being a matter for Police, who do have a direct line of communication with the site management. |

Can the site confirm her behaviour by checking messages sent via this site and if they agree she is behaving inappropriately then just boot her off.
If messages are sent off site then its a different story.

According to Admin they have replied to you twice asking you to report the user. Which you have not yet done.
If you expect Admin to action your complaint then they need to know who you are complaining about.
So If you can report the profile Admin can take action from there, should it be warranted. |
