Hiya,
what's a reasonable response time from the site owners?
13 days ago I reported that my photo limit has been arbitrarily reduced to 200, sent another message after 4 days to chase this up and then another almost a week ago.
I've not heard anything.
How long does it take to get an answer?
I'd like to get what I've paid for as a Silver member. |

As a paid user you should also know that you won't always get a response as mentioned on the upgrade page. https://www.fabswingers.com/supporters
Posting multiple posts about the same thing won't get a different answer.
If it is something they can help with you may get an answer once they have looked into it.
