Would it not be easier if fa_singers adopted the joing procedure most sites do and make it that anyone who wishes to join needs to face verify with a date on a pic before being able to join the site?
Fa_swingers is only to quick to remove genuine peoples pic,s that show a third party,s face.
But are as quick to let fake profiles join the site.
Only today is there yet another single bi fem with pic,s on a profile that show different people.Wonder which one they think they are?
This in our opinion and many others is spoiling the site for the genuine people who carry on supporting fa_swingers!!
What does everyone else think about this subject?

Not everyone has a cam to face verify their account .. but I do take your point on the fakes. There is the report button you can use to advise admin if you think someone is fake xx |

Yes we understand that but a cam is available to buy from the price of £8 upwards,and to be fair who is going to take anyone serious without knowing they are genuine lol |

We have had this twice over the past couple of weeks,we said we will meet but need fem/fem chat first,didnt hear from them again lol
Best thing for you both to do is same as us insist on fem/fem chat on phone or ask them to go on cam,so gets rid of the fakes.

If you don't want to meet people without verifications or whatever just block them from contacting you via your message filters page...

... and don't contact them. That way the site is working exactly as you want

I don,t think you get the bit we are aiming at! why let the fake profiles join the site in the first place?
Only to keen to remove pic,s of genuine verified people but happy to let a profile add pic,s of two different people so say being the same people?
This is total madness

If you check, the profile you reported has been dealt with by an admin which is why we give everyone ability to report profiles 
It maybe that the photos were reviewed by different image mods etc.

How is anyone to know that the people in the pictures aren't the people/person who has made the profile tho?
How do we know that the people in your pics are you, or that the people in our pics are us? |

I would have thaught it was impossible to prevent fakes..
We are on pay sites too and get fakes on there,so its not just this site because its a free site.

Exactly, it is impossible to stop fakes anyone can upload a pic and say its them.

I don't agree with using cams as a method of verification. I understand they're only a few quid, but for various reasons I can't install webcam software onto my laptop so it just wouldn't work for me, and others in a similar situation |

But not sure this really makes a difference.... for example, Im not photo verified and I dont go on cam. Does that mean my profile is fake?
Ok now I have lots of verifications from meets and lots of people on here know me, but that wasnt the case when I first joined the site....
I dont know anywhere where the system is foolproof but I still think the best way to le out any fakes is to go with your instinct, report any that you feel are dodgy, block then move on...

Yes it is easy, for some, but I think the average user neither has the software or the Knowledge of how to do that, If it got rid of 50% of the fakers it would be worth doing.
But I see admin doesn't see it as an issue, so end of! |

It's not that admin don't see it as an issue, as I see it.
Others have acknowledged that there is no ABSOLUTE method of removing all fakes, which means even if 90% were removed, you might (statistically) find them all in a week's browsing and post something like the OP.
So, instead of trying to nail jelly to a wall, admin provide a solution. You can filter your account so that people who are unverified cannot contact you.
Sounds reasonable to me. |

I love the fakes! They're so easy to spot that surely they aren't a problem?! I pretend I think they're real and have fun reeling them in - long live the fakes I say! Z |

If Admin made PV compulsory there would be a whole load of people complaining they don't want to do it.
Personally I think no one can do all the work for you.... do your own checks to find out if someone is fake or not, sometimes the signs are pretty easy........REPORT any you think are fake, block and move on.
I don't know any site that doesn't have fakes on them, but I do know a lot of sites that do bugger all about them...at least this site does something. |

We would love to be picture verified, but after trying 3 times and being rejected 3 times we have given up on it. We would be happy if there were a web cam verification on here but there are only so many hours in a day admin can spend on here and i dont think they could get around to us all |

you can buy a cam off ebay for a few pound every home should have one.
my advice for catching out timewasters.
when chatting of fab swingers ask then if they can verify who they are on cam if not ask for a chat over then phone especially the female if they say there a couple,if there fake they will make excuses if not i guess your having some fun.

That is exactly what i said yesterday.
The only thing we insist on is a fem/fem chat on the phone,its amazing how many times we have heard,wife to shy to talk at tho moment or she got a sore throat or wife just nipped to asda but she said i can come and have fun with you while she doing the shopping.
Fakes always get caught out in the end and like Zoe said can be fun knowing that you know they are fake but they think they not been caught out.

When I first started everyone thought I was a fake, mainly because I had lost my phone (hey I am a student and do play stupid d*unken games!) so couldn't get voice verified like, had no cam as I had just moved up to Uni, so couldn't be webcam verified, so all people had was my pictures to go by...so even the genuine people get caught in the fake trap. |

Yeh sometimes life isn't so easy. The bottom line was for a week many people were emailing me saying I was a fake because I had no formal way of verfiying myself (due to moving 250miles away from home and being stonking d*unk for a week 3 uni). Even now though I have been verified if I turn away some blokes/couples I am called a fake lol |

yes zoe we agree so what if they are fakes or genuine we get them messaging it makes it all the more fun you just string them along if you have time to play with them if not just laugh at them delete em and go to the next one some of the so called genuine ones are real iffy too |
