Hi can you please tell me why you have taken out £29.99 from my account without asking ? And for what? If its for renewal i feel you should have in formed me,i am not very happy about it,i await your reply ASAP  |

Could be renewal done automatically read the small print. Might have to turn it off so it doesn't happen again |

If you check the FAQ section on the upgrade page it says specifically that the site doesnt do automatic renewal, so it isnt that.
Ive no idea what has happened but for this sort of problem you need to contact Admin directly. You can use the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page. |
