Apologies if this has already been asked, but is it possible to keep seeing the entire conversation in a message after the previous messages have been deleted?

We often delete older read and sent messages but if you open the latest message previous ones are missing so it's difficult if you need to refresh your memory of something.

Menston near Ilkley

It only works if a thread of messages is carried on i.e. answering messages without starting a new thread.

Yeah I have old save messages from years ago that have the whole conversations but the last few months it's not been worth saving them as they don't hold the information

I delete all my sent and read messages every morning, but the thread of the messages are still readable from days back.
