Was just on a thread there that the op had asked why he was denied access to a forum post.. The thread in question was then closed by a moderator, so my question is..

Can a moderator mearly close a thread cause they feel like it or is there actual criteria that determines this.. If there's a report button for the rest of us,shouldn't there be one for a mod who oversteps the mark?

Mods are given guidelines of what threads to close yes.

Yes if you don't agree with what a mod has done you can report that post and/ or send feedback about the mod to Admin from the CONTACT button.

Admin ask mods to give advice about things like this and then shut the thread.
