From next week, the site will always be served over SSL (https). It's already this way for many users but we'll change it next week so everyone on all pages is served securely.

The only change you'll probably notice is that there'll be a padlock sign next to fabswingers.com address in your web browser. It shows your connection to the site is encrypted and secure.

It means that no one can snoop on your site activity or logins.

If you're using Fab on WiFi in public it makes it much more secure to login and use the site.

Most big sites like google, facebook, wikipedia already only use SSL (https) so we're following in their footsteps and our site for gay guys FabGuys.com has been using only SSL (https) for some time now without problems.

There's no such thing as a secure server or secure encryption

If someone wants in they will do it

But this is the way to go

What you neglected to mention is some users may need to updat their browsers and operating system using system update to continue visiting
