The ability to comment on pictures?

I love posting pictures of my wife. But it would be so much more fun if people were able to post comments on them.
It would be lovely to be able to post comments on pictures we like too, to show our appreciation.
Any thoughts on this? |

Yes good idea.
Works elsewhere just fine.
Especially if the owner's of said pic's have the ability to delete comments, rather than expecting moderator to do so. |

There are frequent threads on here from people with confidence issues I think it would be difficult for them. We post on sites where comments are allowed and while they're mostly complimentary you get a good many that aren't. Some are just critical e.g. you need to have more light and some are downright nasty. |

Life is full of nasty surprises, we cannot cover ourselves in cotton wool all the time.
Are we all so precious these day's that we cannot take any criticism at all without running and crying in the corner?
You only need to look at programmes like Britain's got talent and the like to see how a bit of criticism or honesty as I prefer to call it.
Could save alot of people from heartache.
Meaning if friends and family had told people from the start. No your a rubbish singer don't go on national tv and embarras yourself please.
Lots of hurt could be stopped.
Point being
If people are that concerned about one or two negative comments about pic's.
Then my advice is not to post naked pictures Into the public domain for all to see.
I myself am a good example of this.
I have a real complex about the size (or lack of) of my penis.
Hence why you will not see my penis shown in our pic's.
I would not be able to cope with the negative feedback.
So I simply don't put them on.
To coin a phrase.

Wouldn't be for me, I don't even have fab my pictures switched on. As there are loads of different people and different needs and wants on here I am sure others would like it. That's what makes Fab such a great site.  |

Much like people choosing to display verifications or not.

Being able to put a little caption under your OWN pictures would be a nice idea: you could give context for people who like that kind of thing, or say something wry which might amuse some(and not others, but hey ho, everyone's SOH is wonderfully different). |

90% of the thread's are full of sickening sycophantic guff, so having it on pic's is hardly going to matter!
But yeah having the ability to post comments under your own pic's would be good.

We put pictures on here to give people an idea of what we look like so they can decide if they want to meet us for casual sex, not for comment, compliments or attention. I often wonder if people who post picture after picture and beg for them to be fabbed are here to swing or purely for the attention that their pictures gets them. Not a problem at all with that, but I also wonder if that also contributes to the complaints about fakes and time wasters when it becomes obvious that people aren't really interested in actually meeting |

We like being exhibitionists, but want to do it in a legal way without upsetting anyone.
So by posting pic's on here where everyone is consenting we get our kicks.

I understand why fab doesn't allow comments on pics...but an alternative could be the ability to name pics...default being the number of the pic (refreshes whenever a new pic is added or deleted) that you can edit to name the pic, eg 'night at home' etc that stays with each individual pic.
That way people can message and say 'pic 4 is amazing' or 'love your night at home pic, you look real sexy on it' and so on.

Not for me! The comments would fall into 2 categories - "You're fabulous" (a.k.a, I want you to have sex with me) and "You're a fat ugly minger" (a.k.a. you've said you won't have sex with me). I don't want to have to waste any of my precious Fab time in reading and deleting comments on my pics - I'd rather spend it in chatting with people I might actually meet. And my profile is just that - MINE! I don't want anyone else to have the facility to add anything to it. |

We think it wpukd be a good idea. But maybe have it so the profile whos pic it is can hide comments if needed.
Maybe have it as an option to not be able to receive comments on your pics the same as you can opt out of fab pics.
That would solve both problems. |

I can see it from both sides, but in the end who would read the comments. Pic hunters will not get past the pics and if it's for personal consumption them a private message would do.
There is a way of doing this already though.
Just copy the content of any messages you get into your profile, obviously deleting the name of the sender.
Just create a section called
COMMENTS ABOUT OUR PICS
Your wife has a great ass and sexy curves. Would love to push my tongue deep into her and have her sit on my face.
Etc see how it can work. That way you are still selecting before publishing, eliminating any trolls but giving you that personal pleasure of comments on your wife being shown to all.
