Hi there,
My verifications don't seem to be getting to me. i know of two which have been sent to me but they haven't come through for me to approve. Do you have any idea what the problem could be please?

There is 2 common reasons why veris don't appear. 1 is shared internet connection, if you've shared that an automatic block on veris is out on so people can't verify their own accounts or create fake ones to veto.
2. Your filters don't allow them to do so. If you have single guys blocked from messaging, or they are outside your age range, it can also stop verifications coming through, easiest way is to take filters off, ask them to redo the veris and then put the filters back on straight after.

Yes we had the same problem once but I think ot would be helpful if it said:
- you cannot verify this user because they have blocked songle guys or something -
Otherwise how can you tell? You would think how rude of them not to show your verification nor to reply with a thank you note! |
