meet requests and mail filters

Quite often see requests requests meets with men but when you try to contact messages from men are blocked. Just wonder if the posters are aware or if they could be alerted to the fact that what they are seeing cannot contact them?

Probably just letting the guys in their friends list that they are looking for a meet
