Private profile pics

Just something i thought of the other day and tried it on my own profile and was shocked with what happened

If i right click on a small profile pic thats private and download it i still get a a full sized image

Its a bit pixalated but still really visable who is in the pic

Ive also tried this on other profiles and got the same result

Id really like it if the pic is private then it cannot be downloaded at all

Is that possible???
