We've had a couple of people saying the same and we're trying to figure out what the issue is

Do you see any problems/errors? What browser and can you try with another

I'm having trouble accessing it to.

Same p.c., same browser (Firefox) as last time I upgraded, and it's not allowing me to.

Keep trying to press to buy £10's worth of gold access, 2 x 35 days, the icon depresses, but doesn't bring up the page where you can pay by card.

Had no trouble last time.

The problem seems to be Firefox 5, it work OK in IE.
