In the last hour our mailbox has gone from showing messages from up to 2 weeks ago to showing messages from up to "over a year ago"
That would be ok if we knew it was done to improve the Fab mailbox and is something we've suggested would be an improvement in the past but we've not seen any announcements that this was going to happen.
Our main concern is that we may have lost current and meaningful current messages in favour of outdated and irrelevant messages from "over a year ago"
Anyone else experiencing this?
Have been on the new beta system since it started with no other problems until now.
When we switch back to the original system it's the same! |

Never had this problem before. It's particularly alarming as we're in the final stages of putting a private party together for our closest friends and fear we may have lost some of their messages. |

Home now and have done a comparison between the mobile app and our laptop. Laptop is normal but the mobile is still as previously described so we've effectively got 2 different mailboxes???? |

There was a bug which stopped some people returning to the old style mailbox. That should be fixed now if you want to try again
If you could take a screenshot of the two mailboxes we'll contact you privately with an email address to send to so we can see the problem

We've noticed a few gremlins with messages disappearing or part of a chain of messages vanishing, but we were not aware there was a new mailbox. We have no link to click to change view on either of our phones or on the iPad & our mailbox is no different than it's ever been?! |

Same! I was very happy that I could see more messages on the page, now I can't and I've missed ones I want to reply to |

Still having this issue, I've tried going back to the old one then the new one again but no luck. Dammit, I was loving it too! |
