Reported someone by accident.... Help!!

Just browsing the forums on my phone. I accidentally touched the report! Button at the bottom of one members post.

I've looked around for what I can do to rectify it, but can't find anything

Did you fill in the report page and send that or just touch the report button?

If it was just the latter then you won't have actually reported them.
