Counties are huge can they be narrowed down to include a few postcodes within an area.
For instance there can be over 200 miles between people in Scotland.
The north east spans a good few miles and when everything is minimum 60 miles away it seems daft. By postcode as a sub section would be easier.

My postcode is up but considering it offers a value of Scotland 80,077 km2
And the North East spans 8592km2 looking for a meet can prove a bit difficult...... |
