I mean who decides

Yet last night mine got rejected say to rude for this site. I posted a very similar one that got accepted but then rejected hours later.
Yet I’ve posted almost identical photos or ruder in the past. And ones creamy cum and Squirting and DDing and what’s more three guys coming in one girls face at once all get accepted.
How can it be that photos that come under the topics and groups provided by fab are too rude and not acceptable where they get rejected |

I've had photos that were tame by comparison to others rejected for being too rude also. And as someone else said, it depends who's moderating them, but there is wide variance in the objectivity of the vetting of photos and posts in the forums. |

The rules over photos are not rules at all.
You only have to look at the tens of thousands of photos that mods pass that break Fabs own rules to know that! |

There are some pictures and pornography that is now considered illegal in England, so I guess if they are not sure if the activities in the photo might be illegal then they can't allow it to be posted.
For example I believe water sports is now illegal, so if the squirting picture looks somewhat like water sports it could be rejected. |

AFAIK pictures of squirting (as well as fisting and face-sitting) are actually *illegal* to post online, so the site could get in trouble if they post them at all. The law changed relatively recently (last couple of years).
The new laws all seem to focus on female-focused pleasure, so take from that what you will. |

Hey all thanks for taking the time to read AND respond and I get and understand every comment.
An almost identical photo that I had uploading under private last night, I put as public today and it’s still showing now. Lol
I get it about water sports, but considering Squirting can be just that a squirt or gushing a big gush (which anyway it’s all full of piss) unless it’s a picture of me actually pissing over someone as I’m not going to get off or turned on just randomly stood weeing on my own, it should just be accepted. Turns out these 'laws' were just guidelines and couldn't actually be enforced. The site banned pee pics well before the guidelines were brought in also.

OP Someone reported my disability pic and it got banned from my gallery for being too rude for the site, luckily swinging clubs are fine with it and have been very supportive which helped my partner a great deal as he was so worried about not being accepted. |

If you think a pic has been rejected by mistake you need to leave it in your gallery and ask Admin to review it using the CONTACT link.
1000s of pics are uploaded every day. Pic mods are human. Mistakes are made. If you see pics that break the rules in some way then all you need to do is report it using the little 'report' icon and it will get sorted. |
