I don't think there is that option now, you can upload from your phone gallery easily

Could try cleaning out your phone or computer and running diagnostic software just to be sure there's nothing wrong

Also its a good idea to shut everything off for a few minutes then switch back on

I know your thinking that does nothing but it actually does help reset things
