But no MFM or FMF threesomes.

You can't photo verify or post face pics. Very frustrating.

Surely a couple more options are long overdue?

No, they aren't. That's the point. Couples don't cut it. Threesomes should be allowed and now there are lots of types of relationships, mmf, ffm, tsm, tsf etc.

We are way behind the times.
