Who the hell moderates the photo verifications?

I've long suspected that profiles I've seen on here with the photo verified "green flag" are fake af, but this morning this was confirmed when I saw the photos of a US trans porn star on a profile on here purporting to be a cross-dresser from the UK. She has obvious breasts that you just don't get without copious amounts of oestrogen.

So my question is this. How rigid a process is the review of photo veri submissions? I suspect that they're not looked at very carefully.

And my advice for other site users is don't trust anyone solely on the basis of a photo veri.

I might be wrong here but I don't think the pics uploaded to the profile are being compared with the pv pic. You can't see pv pic they've uploaded unless the profile owner puts it on the profile too.

Volunteer moderators check verification photos. As humans they make mistakes. If you feel that's happened report the profile and admin will check.
