Not if you have blocked them personally on their profile . It's only if you block a certain group of people from messaging, that can message if you have already interacted via message or wink. |

If they don't delete a message sent before the block, they can still use it to see if your online...
That's a bug that should probably be fixed. I noticed it recently after blocking someone |
