We on the other hand were due to fly to Dallas, Texas today for a big swinger convention in New Orleans but we are not gutted in this case despite losing a £400 deposit.

In the Cap things are back to near normal and with all the cancellations there’s no problem finding space on the beach or getting a restaurant table.

Unless there is a case of Covid in the village the place will be buzzing this year!

Sorry peeps but decided yesterday that 6 weeks in Cap was too good to pass up on and got in just before it was obvious FCO was going to change their advice... roll on 13th July until 27th of August. Before I get shot down for gloating I will be outside the village with three kids in tow - but hey- Cap is Cap! Might get some village time....

We would have been there since last Saturday for two weeks but our flights cancelled but to be honest glad they were as I don’t think it would be the same place .

We were due to fly out Monday for our first time there with friends. Flights cancelled and got a refund on accommodation so will just book again for next year.

So hoping our GC holiday still happens in November. Will be good to get away abroad this year and spend time with our friends in the heat of the sun.

We’ve had California trip cancelled still waiting for virgin refund. Might get it in Sept for our cancellation in May! Flying with ba to Lyon 1st week August for a road trip ending in Provence for a week.checking that some clubs are open so maybe fun on the cards
