Les Grands Buffets is a restaurant where you pay a fixed fee ( it was €30 pp when we went 6 years ago)
You can eat and drink then without limit.
What makes it special is the range of traditional French food they provide plus having a number of chefs on hand to cook to order.
There’s a tendency to overeat (you see some very big people there) but at the same time a good way to sample French cuisine.
Another swinger must in Narbonne is the Histoire d’Ô spa/club.
In our opinion one of the best in the south of France.
During the day an excellent naturist spa and at night a vibrant dance club plus loads of classy playrooms.

On the Perpignan side plage naturiste Torrilles is a great beach the only downside is the rough track to get to the parking area but well worth the trip. The southern end furthest away from the non Naturist area is the naughtier area. |

From 4pm onwards the mood of the beach changes from simple nudism with families and kids to a slightly edgier one with lots of couples gay and straight setting up for the evening with wine food and naughty thoughts |
