Hello, we are looking for some friendly help and advise for a first visit to Cap! We are looking at going early June which we know isn’t peak season but only time we have available to us.

Where should we stay… we want to be in the heart of it all but unsure what district etc that is as seems to be lots of options… any advise would be very welcome, thank you xxx

June is not a bad time to go for first timers. Weather is good but it is a little more laid back so it’s not too intimidating.

Wherever you stay you’re near something. Port nature is good for people watching and balcony parties. Plus it’s near the beach and plenty of restaurants. It really depends on whether you want a hotel or an apartment

Same as us. We have our Virgin trip booked for last week in June as we don’t want to be to busy but don’t want it to be to quiet either so that we can find our way around and hopefully get a few balcony party invites. The end of June seemed a good compromise to learn our way around and enjoy cap.

Going to follow this thread as we are going for the first time in August, 10-14th. Very excited and staying in the Helipolis.

Planning Le Glamour and looking for any other pool/party recommendations. Not sure if best to pre book etc so hopefully some of the experienced Cap visitors can give us top tips etc..

Seen a few people mention balcony parties etc, these sound interesting.

Our experience over 15+ years tells us things have changed a lot since covid, very much in the same light as U.K. and anywhere that allows booking it’s worth doing so Paralia beach club for sun beds for food were fully booked well in advance last year & foam party advanced booking now means you won’t get a bed unless you book (standing only) that said plenty options are available just means some short Q times. Balcony parties suit us best and fortunate to have a lot of friends with options but best advice would be to join other European sites for party invites

We are back again at the start of June. Tbh, the best place to stay is in the village and once there you really don't need to leave.

Where inside the village is neither here nor there given the size and proximity of everything.

It's an incredible place.

I think it does make a difference where you stay. The hotels have a different atmosphere to the apartments and the atmosphere at port nature 6/7/8 is totally different to port nature 1-5. It depends what you want

With regards to location and access to facilities/venues.....accommodation is a personal choice

For those of us ‘newbies’ can you tell us a little more. We are staying in Helipolis so perhaps it’s less relevant to us, but just trying to understand as much as we can about the place.

Surprisingly (or maybe it’s not) it’s not the easiest place to research online:

Collines 1-5 in Port Nature have a public walkway in front of them so it can be very social with early evening parties and drinks on the walkway. Also plenty of people watching for the residents. I don't think any other area in the whole complex has such public access.

Certainly Heliopolis and Port Nature are rear access to the apartments only.

June is a good time to visit, busy but not overcrowded, everything should be open.

On the down side in my experience the sea may not be that warm.

The parties we have been to in Port Nature have been amongst the best experiences we’ve ever had. Last year our neighbours invited us to a soirée. Mrs p was being licked by a beautiful French lady whilst bent over the balcony. Another woman joined in and they ended up getting a round of applause from an adoring crowd! Certainly a night to remember

Hi all. Appreciate some advice as going 15 to 19 June and currently at naturevAspA. Stayed at port Venus last night but late sept so not busy at all. Looking at hotel eve. Newbies really do want to the right balances. Last we spend the days on the beach as pool was completely empty at Venus. It was a nice view at Venus. Appreciate some help as not sure if I stay at naturevaspa or look elsewhere .

At least one of the floors in Collins 6-8 has the public walkway, because we went to a party there last year!

The difference is that while the walkway at first floor level continues past Colline 5 right to the end of Colline 8, those on the levels above first floor do not. Sea facing apartments in Collines 6 to 8 on Floors 2 upwards are all entered from an internal corridor.
