Guys

Just putting this out there as struggling with a couple of dates/prices.

Appreciate agencies in the village are the safest means but few probs with responses and availability/prices.

What are peoples experiences with airbnbs and bookingdotcoms? Seen a couple that are ticking boxes but have a lack of trust in delivering? Going in June and July so peak months and don't want to be hanging out to dry with no contingency in place on the day!

We’ve used both sites. Never had an issue. This year we’ve used bookingdot and have a lovely apartment in port nature.

If you are using these sites and booking through an established operator there will

generally be guest reviews and other feedback. As long as most reviews are positive there is nothing to worry about. There will always be a few disgruntled individuals who leave a bad review - usually those that you help the most. Check all the photos of the apartment very carefully and the same with the location. The listing should include everything that the apartment has to offer.
