I think they were first created for the Rock en Seine Festival more than 20 years ago.

Having seen the sporty set get i'll fro the inner city "beaches"in London and Paris...I think I will pass.
It has to be an emergency before I go swimming in the Thames or the Seine....
Perfectly good (warmer) beaches in the south. I've not been to the beaches of the Bay of Biscay and the English Channel on the French side but I hear they are just as nice.
As much as I've been called a beach snob...I have put my body in water at the beaches in Cornwall, Brighton and Scarborough.
It's just inner city rivers with victorian plumbing that put me off.
Good luck. Try river cruises and naked spas as I do in London. |

Wyylde busy in France, SDC pretty good too, with the added benefit of tourists from all over the world using it to post travel plans. Met a stunning Mexican couple in Paris last week. Also good in the Netherlands.

I have a holiday home in the Charente Maritime, Dept 17, on the West Coast of France, near Saint Palais Sur Mer, we have a wonderful naturist beach ten minutes drive away called Plage de la Lede and Naturist beaches about thirty minutes drive away called Plage de la Bouverie and Plage Point D'Espagnole.
All have areas where libertine fun is accepted, all are very respectful and there are a few regulars who I see there often. As with most naturist areas there is a gay presence but that too has it's own area of the beach. Hope that's helpful, if you decide to visit this beautiful part of France and need more info about the area drop me a message.

There is good reason for us not having photos on this site but none the less we do have a lot in common in that we are not far from you,enjoy the same fun and do have a mutual friend who lives in our village (Paulnext). We are also verified.
It would be a shame to let an opportunity slip for the sake of a prerequisite.
